    $0.15/minute flat rate —or— choose discounted billing (10–20% off based on usage)
  • Directory Assistance (DA):
    • 845 Area Code: Dial 411
    • All Other Areas & Canada: Dial 411
    • Toll-Free Numbers: Dial 1 + 800 + 555-1212
    • Area Code Info: Dial “Operator”
  • Operator-Assisted Services:
    Includes collect calls, third-party billing, person-to-person, and conference calls. Rates may vary. Additional surcharges may apply.
  • International Long Distance:
    Rates vary by country. To dial internationally:
    Dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Local Number

Switching Long Distance Providers

All customers have access to Equal Access dialing, allowing you to choose a primary long distance carrier.

  • Alternate Carrier Use: You can use an access code to temporarily route a call through another provider
