Construction Update: Andes

Residents and businesses in the Town of Andes will notice two construction crews working in various locations around town. Todd Cable and FNR are nearing the completion of the fiber construction in the Tremperskill and Fall Clove portions of town. These projects should be finalized by the end of this month. The FNR crews will move toward the hamlet where they will begin to hang fiber toward the Tunis, Gladstone Hollow, Palmer Hill areas.

MTC staff will be working in the remote buildings off County Highway 1 in Tremperskill and off Fall Clove Road in Fall Clove installing the necessary equipment to activate the fiber to those areas.

Customers who have buried service to their home should have already received a letter detailing the process of installing new underground conduit for the new fiber service.
