MTC Storm Operations

Due to the impact of today’s winter storm and forecast, MTC is now operating in Storm Operations mode. The Storm Operations designation directs all staff, company resources, and contract personnel to be staged and prepared to respond to network impairments, as needed, as a result of the pending weather forecast. MTC's primary focus is to keep services operational throughout the duration of the storm. As a result, individual service appointments may need to be rescheduled or postponed as staffing resources are reallocated to address storm damage.
