Due to a heavy snowstorm impacting our service area, MTC will enter Emergency Response Mode beginning Sunday, January 25, and continuing through Monday, January 26.

During this time, routine service installations and non-critical trouble calls will be limited so crews can prioritize storm-related damage and network-impacting events. This action is being taken to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees.

​Crews are on standby and ready to respond to network-impacting issues. Equipment and supplies have been staged to allow for faster response times. We will continue to monitor the storm and provide updates as conditions change.
